    LSSI is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor. Provide oversight and clinical/administrative supervision to clinicians in the MH OP program. Staff will also provide therapy to clients in the MH Outpatient Program.

    Essential Functions:

    • Supervise and monitor staff/manage compliance and clinical issues.
    • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
    • Interview and onboard all new staff, provide clinical oversight.
    • Adherence to ethical standards of treatment.
    • Maintain a caseload of clients to meet productivity standards.

    Position Qualifications:

    • LCSW/LCPC required.
    • Must have 1-3 years' experience in social services.
    • Must have experience working with C&A and adult population.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
