    For more information, explore our solutions at DescriptionThe Customer Support Specialist is the tier 2 support point within the Medical Billing Customer Support Team for issues that cannot be resolved.

    In this role, you'll be trained to be the subject matter expert in our products, and youll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex, non-generic customer issues.

    This is a hybrid role working - 3 days per week out of our Eagan, MN office.


    Responsibilities:


    Work with clients to resolve non-standard technical and workflow issuesProvide product training and support for customersAssist customers in processing incoming ERA claimsEscalating technical issues that could not be resolvedAssist in the creation of knowledge based articles and other support bulletinsDocument discussions and issues in the CRM systemProvide training and support for customers regarding their medical billing and medical claimsTroubleshooting medical claims denials and rejectionsEnsure customer and partner inquiries are responded to in a timely mannerResearch, resolve, and respond to customer concerns received via email, telephone, or escalations, and provide support on desktop systemsProvides end user training where requiredCore Competencies Needed for Success in the RoleFantastic customer focusGreat communicationMedical Billing, Medical Office, Medical Claims experience preferredTechnical skills are a plusData gathering and analysis skillsQualifications3-5 years of experience in providing customer supportGreat written, verbal, and listening skillsPossesses strong customer support skillsExperiencing handling multiple prioritiesGreat time and task management skillsMedical Billing, Medical Billing, Medical Claims experience is highly preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
