    If you are someone who enjoys building and nurturing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth, we have an exciting position for youWe are hiring an Account Manager to support our Territory Manager in the Fort Worth Area, Texas.

    This sales focused role requires quick problem-solving skills and a penchant for training and educating our referral sources on IWP services.

    WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral sourcesWork to maintain and grow the referral source relationship while ensuring ongoing customer serviceMaintain contact with decision makers & office staff focusing on strategic nature of relationshipAssist in sales efforts for increased revenue opportunitiesAnalyze needs of the client and customizes solutions to meet their needsTrain clients on new and existing IWP Service ModelsPromote additional IWP servicesProvide solution-based service techniques with a consultative approachFocus on client retentionWHAT YOU'LL NEEDAssociate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred2-4 years of account management experienceProven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with customersDemonstrated self-confidence and a willingness to learnSolid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to travel throughout in and around Dallas, TexasIT WOULD BE AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HADKnowledge of SalesforceAbility to handle difficult and challenging situations including customer relationsAn eye for identifying potential issues and strong problem-solving skillsA strong teamwork mindset with an ability to work independentlyMAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH IWPInjured Workers Pharmacy (IWP) is proud to be THE Patient Advocate Pharmacy, helping injured workers around the country access their prescription medications with ease.
