You will monitor contract performance to ensure conformance with contract terms and conditions.
You will negotiate changes (e.g., extensions of delivery schedules, price adjustments, labor hours, terms and conditions, overhead rates) resulting from contract modifications.

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.QualificationsIn addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting acquisition planning and contract pre-award and post-award functions to determine method of procurement and contract type, documenting acquisition strategy, and obtaining appropriate approvals; 2) Awarding contracts for procurements of extensive construction, architect-engineer services; 3) Administering contracts to include contract scope determinations, contract modifications, supplemental agreements, justifications, approval reviews/fair opportunity evaluations and claims disputes, and contract terminations; and 4) Interpreting and applying relevant laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to specific contracting issuesNOTE:
