LEGAL What We Do Epic's multi-specialized team of attorneys and legal professionals, partner across our organization to provide legal solutions, as well as, consult and inform on the products we build and games we develop.

What You'll Do Epic Games is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our Legal team as a contractor.

The person in this role will assist the Legal Department on a wide range of contracts from drafting through execution.

This position will interact with many different departments within and outside of the Epic organization including customers, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, therefore, strong people skills are a must.

In this role, you will Processing various types of contracts including, but not limited to, various types of license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters and noticesOverseeing contract creation from start to completion and accurately shepherding the process in its entiretyCoordinating actions with internal procurement and legal teams, as neededServe as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiationMeeting turnaround expectations in a high-pressure environmentHigh volume Data entry and accuracyWhat we're looking for You are familiar with contract/document management software and processYou have experience with legal transactional documents (ideally with NDAs and license agreements)You are ideally from a legal or business backgroundYou are proficient in the MS Office SuiteYou have high attention to detailYou have excellent time management skills and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou enjoy working cohesively as part of a team and with members of varying disciplines on different teamsYou have a passion for games and an understanding of the business surrounding gamesExperience with Salesforce and/or Jira is preferredThis role is open to multiple locations (including WA).Pay Transparency Information The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below.

Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale.

Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but arent limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience.

In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epics generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).Washington Base Pay Range$63,806 $93,578 USDABOUT US Epic Games spans across 19 countries with 55 studios and 4,500+ employees globally.
