- You will develop and issue solicitations for procurements involving contracts for facilities support services (e.g. facilities construction, architect and engineering services).
- You will analyze cost and price elements in contract proposals by utilizing knowledge of government acquisition business strategies, policies, and procedures, and specialized knowledge of cost and price analysis techniques.
- You will monitor contract performance to ensure conformance with contract terms and conditions.
- You will negotiate changes (e.g., extensions of delivery schedules, price adjustments, labor hours, terms and conditions, overhead rates) resulting from contract modifications.
