Become a Trendsi product and services expert to improve customer engagement using multi-channel marketing tools
Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase product adoption
Understanding and segmenting accounts to send effective campaigns to maintain or increase SOW
Create compelling marketing content, including product messaging, value propositions, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
Monitor account health and proactively address issues to minimize churn in collaboration with cross-functional teamsCollaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address account needs, resolve issues, and drive product enhancements based on account feedback
Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or additional support
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance your product and service expertise and provide valuable insights to accounts
Assist with regular reports on seller/customer status and performance, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion and handoff to the Account Strategist team when they grow their sales to higher levels
Who are we looking for?
Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills
2+ years experience in customer-facing roles like customer success, account management, product marketing, digital marketing, or related role
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms is a plus
Knowledge of e-commerce, retail fashion, Shopify, and popular social media platforms is a plus
Bonus Points:
If you have had experience running online/boutique/fashion business, it's a plus since you speak the language your target customers speak and understand their needs.
