Job DescriptionSalary: $18 - $25/Hour + Bonus

Cloud Contents is a leading disaster restoration company seeking for a new Customer Service Representative for our growing Communication Center Department. Customer Service Representative will receive:

Hourly and commission pay based on performance
Paid medical and vision
Dental
401K + Match 3.5%
Paid Vacation and Holidays
Detailed training and weekly coaching

Customer Service Representative Requirements

Must have prior customer service/dispatch/scheduling experience
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
Must be positive and energetic
Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
Must have strong desire to grow and learn

Customer Service Representative Requirements Main Responsibilities Include the Following:

Answer and directing incoming calls
Take new loss information
Prioritize new losses
Schedule service crew appointments as needed
Appointment follow-up
Perform basic office duties
Follow full billing/collection process until money is collected
Follow the mortgage process for billing structure on every job
Call every customer with outstanding balance every week
Meet/exceed criteria set for accounts with outstanding balance aged 90+ days
Meet with Department Lead weekly or more often to discuss/plan collections issues
File & appear in small claims court as needed
Follow post court process

Job Type: Full-time

Days: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or until done

Compensation: $18 - $25/Hour + Bonus
