    Do you want to work for a Tier 1 supplier that manages the complete assembly and sequencing of modules for OEMs like, GM, Ford, and Chrysler?

    Softtek is looking to fill a direct hire Human Resources Generalist role in Louisville, KY. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced global enterprise environment and will require the Human Resources Generalist to be onsite. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO THE LOUISVILLE AREA

    Plant manufacturing floor experience is REQUIRED. The ideal Human Resources Generalist must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing assistance and guidance to managers and supervisors on HR policies and procedures, preferably in an automotive environment.

    Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required:

    • Bachelor degree+ 3 years of experience in HR or 7 years of related HR field experience
    • Manufacturing experience, preferably in an automotive environment
    • UKG Payroll and Recruiting
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
    • Able to maintain confidential information.
    • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
