    The Senior Human Resources Generalist will engage in all facets of Human Resources to include Recruiting, HR Reporting Administration, and Employee Relations.

    This exciting opportunity is at our Brook + Whittle New Albany, IN site – ONSITE ROLE.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    Partner with managers to understand business and recruitment needs.
    Support all recruiting needs, resume review, screening, and interview scheduling.
    Act as the main point of contact for all employees
    Coordinates employee training, meetings, and events.
    Provide support to the entire HR team.
    Facilitates new employee orientations and onboarding.
    Works with the HR team to develop successful retention efforts.
    Maintains organizational charts.
    Maintain HR department files (i.e., I-9s, personnel)
    Maintains all company announcements up to date (e.g., bulletin boards and digital communication)
    Generate and maintain HR metric reporting.
    Coordinates/schedule employee training, meetings, and events.
    Maintain attendance, vacation/PTO, benefits information, and all other employee-related correspondence for employee master files.
    Able to complete all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree (preferred or will review with relative experience).
    A minimum of 3 years of human resource experience in a manufacturing environment.
    Basic knowledge of HRIS system.
    Ability to present in person to large groups (over 50).
    Knowledge of core HR processes and employment laws.
    Ability to properly balance employee advocacy and business requirements.
    Ability to drive projects while managing day-to-day activities.
    Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

    Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions


    Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend periods in the manufacturing environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.

    Incumbent constantly required to hear, speak, articulate and use manual dexterity.
    Incumbent regularly required to use color vision, grasp, reach and sit for prolonged periods of time.
