    Job DescriptionAmerican Income Life is seeking talented candidates to join our team of trusted and highly skilled Life Insurance Agents. This unique opportunity offers a commission-based pay with weekly bonuses and residual income.

    Main Responsibilities Include:
    • Handling warm leads from individuals seeking information regarding life insurance. (NO COLD CALLING)
    • Working with union members to determine their insurance needs, desires, and budget.
    • Providing a quality customer service experience to our valued and new policy holders.
    • Speak with members regarding Final Expense Insurance, Income Protection, Mortgage, Protection, Accidental Policies, Cancer Policies, and other insurance products that are highly valued amongst our union members.
    Job Type: Full Time

    Location: Remote

    Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm. Saturday. 9am-2pm. (After candidate has completed all F6 Training hours, has a proven knowledge of basic insurance products to protect union families, and has shown that candidate can conduct a proper meeting with union members candidate will have the luxury of setting their own schedule).

    Compensation: American Income offers multiple pay structures which are discussed more in depth during the interview process.

American Income Life was founded by Bernard Rappoport in 1951 with the vision of serving hard-working blue-collar families with life insurance products only accessible to blue collar union families.

Which gives all our benefits representatives the privilege of working with families who are actually seeking out information on life insurance, so instead of having to door knock and cold call for clients our benefits representative are speaking with members and families who are actually seeking out information regarding life insurance.

    Along with benefits representatives getting access to a specified blue collar union market. Benefit representatives get access to five-star F6 training program and workshop which are conducted and led by some of the top SGA's, RGA's, and other top agents who are spotlighted in our business.
