- Prepare financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Work directly with clients to obtain, review, analyze, and present financial data
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpret complex financial data to provide meaningful insights to business owners
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Help drive the monthly close process and provide executive-facing commentary & analysis on performance
- Consolidate and analyze financial information and trends and communicate results and recommendations to management
- Play a key role in the preparation of strategic and long-range plans
- Create and drive the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Analyze net working capital requirements and reporting and prepare purchase price adjustments related to business transactions
- Previous M&A transaction experience required
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building and maintaining financial models
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate drivers effectively to all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting ideas and asking questions to senior executives
- Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity is a plus, including experience with Quality of Earnings analysis
- Ability to adhere to firm deadlines
- Tech savvy with expert Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience

About the Position:
