Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails
Resolve customer claims
Assist in proposal generation
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Working knowledge of property & casualty insurance

Interact with customers in a professional way

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy.

Excellent communication skills
Proficient in inbound calling techniques
Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to provide a positive customer experience over the phone
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

GED or High School Diploma
