For our client, a leading online company in a central and easily accessible location in Munich, we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative Inbound (m/f/d) with the option of permanent employment after a 4-month temporary period:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing initial telephone advice and information on the product portfolio
  • Handling customer inquiries in writing via email and chat
  • Entering and maintaining data in the internal IT system

What you bring:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
  • Goaloriented work style and reliability
  • Fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
