    Summary: The Sales Representatives at BakeMark play a crucial role in propelling the company's growth across all market channels. They are tasked with expanding sales of the company's offerings using the strategies and tactics outlined by the organization.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales growth in the assigned territory and meet specified targets.
    • Create and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify and secure orders from target customers.
    • Develop a comprehensive account list comprising various customer segments.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and present sales promotions to customers.
    • Quote prices and maintain pricing structures.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

    Experience/Education Qualifications:

    • College degree or technical certificate preferred.
    • Two years of bakery experience and prior sales experience.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
