    • Link Technologies ), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.

      REQUIREMENTS
      • Minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting medium to large-scale networks.
      • Minimum five (5) years of experience in administration and deployment of RMM software tools.
      • Proficient in understanding the principles of network and system infrastructure, including factors such as cost, coverage, and capacity requirements.
      • Possess intermediate (300 Level) to advanced (400 Level) expertise in TCP/IP, Layer 2/3 Networking, Layer 4-7 firewalls, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF/EIGRP), and Spanning Tree (VSTP, PVSTP+).
      • Experience with onboarding and offboarding from RMM platforms.
      • Experience with RM M-centric scripting languages and procedures.
      • Extensive knowledge in TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
      • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Architecture, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects.
      • Proficient in utilizing Kaseya, ConnectWise, or similar remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms.
      • Previous leadership or management experience is considered advantageous.
      • Experience with backup products such as Veeam, Datto, and Unitrends products.
      DESIRED
      • Familiarity with ITIL practices.
      • Additional certifications such as CCNA, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
      • Proficiency in Net Brain software Working knowledge of Kaseya and ConnectWise Automate are highly preferred.
      RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Network design and ongoing review of system configurations.
      • Develops system and organizational IT roadmaps that ensure business and service continuity.
      • Responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services through the support, design, and development of local area and wide area networks (LAN and WAN).
      • Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
      • Assist in capacity planning, networking devices procurement, and support renewal.
      • Management and design of RMM platform.
      • Clear understanding of asset management, software inventory management, patching policies, monitoring, and alerting.
      • A proven generalist that can troubleshoot not only RMM tools but other areas to rule out Server and Networking issues.
      • Lead or participate in IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
