    Responsibilities:

    • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timeline.
    • Wood Frame Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in wood frame construction methodologies, providing leadership in this specialized area.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction supervision, with a strong focus on wood frame construction.
    • Wood Frame Expertise: Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of wood frame construction methodologies.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead on-site construction teams effectively.
    • Scheduling: Proficiency in developing and maintaining construction schedules to optimize project timelines.
