This type of construction is well established in Europe and parts of Asia, but is relatively new to the US industry.

Blueprint is on the cutting edge of the new form of construction.

In the future, the company plans to begin adding additional manufacturing facilities.

While the first facility will generate $100M+ of annual revenue the first facility will barely scratch the surface of the potential opportunity.

The company believes there is significant room to grow, and in the process, to build a billion-dollar business, with the ultimate vision to have dozens of facilities strategically located throughout the US.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of wood frame multifamily construction

7+ years experience as a construction superintendent of the commercial or residential constructions industry

Experience with a general contractor preferred

Knowledge of scheduling, subcontract coordination and general project administration

Ability to read and understand specifications for all trades

The Construction Field Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, including scheduling, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.

They will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and that all safety regulations are adhered to.

They will also be responsible for ensuring that all trades are working together effectively and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
