Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Budgeting experience is highly desirable
