Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

The Assistant Superintendent will support the Superintendent in overseeing construction activities on the project site, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and internal policies. This role includes managing the project's safety program, conducting daily site inspections, and supervising labor and subcontractor operations to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills:

Overseeing commercial construction projects to ensure alignment with plans, budgets, and schedules.
Interpreting building plans and specifications.
Collaborating with subcontractors, laborers, clients, and others daily.
Managing construction trades and subcontractors daily.
Enforcing safety standards consistently.
Self-motivated and skilled in goal-setting and leadership.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with 3 years' experience in construction or related fields.
Previous experience (internship or full-time) preferred.
Interest in Field Operations and onsite construction management necessary.
Familiarity with safety protocols desirable.
Strong leadership and deadline-oriented.
