    As a Dunkin' General Manager, you will lead, coach, manage and develop your team. You will focus on brand standards in food safety, recipes, and systems, as well as financial responsibility in labor and food cost.

    Benefits include bonus structures, paid vacation time, company paid health benefits, 401k contribution, and more This position will be at our Plymouth, MN location.

    The General Manager will need to focus on the following aspects:

    People Development: The ability to hire, train, coach and develop the right talent for your restaurant.

    Guest Experience: Upholding the highest food quality and guest service standards while developing marketing acumen.

    Financial: Ability to understand sales growth, cost management, and profit growth.

    Operations: Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices.

    To Qualify for this position, you must:

    Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience; 3-5 years preferred.

    Be at least 18 years old.

    Have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent.

    Quick service restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

    Be willing to be flexible in scheduling based on business and team needs and trends.

    ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.
