    iMedX, a Rapid Care Group company, is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated account executive to help us drive new business. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in selling outsourced medical records reviews, summaries, chronologies, sorting, transcription, and other med-legal services and solutions to C-level executives within the med-legal space. This is a remote (work-from-home) position. The compensation is salary plus commissions.

    The Account Executive is responsible for identifying strategic prospects and generating new revenue. The successful candidate will support the organization by increasing market penetration in various healthcare segments. The goal of this position is to foster effective relationships with the senior level executives and influencers in mid to large community hospitals and clinics, and capture revenue at targeted levels in a profitable and sustainable way. The position will also assist in the workflow and transition from prospect to fully implemented client status across multiple departments.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifies and manages opportunities by obtaining an understanding of the organization's med-legal marketing and sales strategies.
    • Establishes relationships in business dealings and sales directly with med-legal executives.
    • Manages complex, strategic selling opportunities to potential and existing clients.
    • Meets and exceeds established sales targets.
    • Assists in activities to create stronger and more successful relationships with existing customers.
    • Maintains and provides accurate pipeline tracking and status reports on key activities through customer relationship management tools (CRM) and other collaborative means.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending networking events and partnering with industry associations.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SCOPE DATA:

    Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a successful track record of selling solutions within the med-legal setting.
    • Strong domain knowledge of the entire med-legal processes.
    • Ability to quickly identify contacts at med-legal systems to enable rapid territory growth.
    • Demonstrated capability in cross-selling solutions
    • Strong closing skills and sales cycle management skills
    • Experience in lead generation activities through multiple channels (social media, LinkedIn, email & call campaigns, networking, trade shows, key references)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    The work environment is home-based and involves frequent lifting, bending, twisting and prolonged periods of standing and sitting, and travel, as required. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
