    As a Marketing Manager you will implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, educate potential clients on our services, and generate leads for the firm.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead the execution of the firm's marketing strategy from start to finish.

    Partner with business development professionals to understand market needs and positioning in order to produce high-quality content, including though leadership articles, case studies, and guides to increase visibility.

    Collaborate with outsourced resources in developing and implementing marketing strategy.
    Implement brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    Drive digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content development.
    Manage external communication tools and marketing collateral, ensuring proper use and consistent branding.
    Implement systems for analytics and tracking marketing efforts and performance, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
    Manage marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ROI to optimize marketing initiatives.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role.
    Proficient in content management and web-based analytics systems.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
    Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
