We're seeking a visionary Vice President of Analytics to spearhead our analytics initiatives and reporting strategies.     What You'll Do:
    • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive the strategy and execution of our analytics teams, guiding them towards excellence in performance and innovation.
    • Client and Partner Reporting: Take ownership of all reporting delivered to clients and partners, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Network Pricing Analysis: Lead the development and execution of network pricing analysis initiatives, optimizing our pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
    • Team Growth and Mentorship: Foster the growth and development of our analytics team, providing mentorship and guidance to unleash their full potential.
    • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Utilize statistical models to analyze data and assess risk, providing recommendations to protect the organization from unnecessary liabilities.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, client and partner reporting, and more.
    What You Bring:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Finance or Business Degree preferred.
    • Proven leadership abilities with at least 3+ years of drug pricing/financial analysis experience in the managed care industry.
    • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and analytics tools.
    • Previous PBM experience in a similar role preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid deadlines.
