- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive the strategy and execution of our analytics teams, guiding them towards excellence in performance and innovation.
- Client and Partner Reporting: Take ownership of all reporting delivered to clients and partners, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Network Pricing Analysis: Lead the development and execution of network pricing analysis initiatives, optimizing our pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
- Team Growth and Mentorship: Foster the growth and development of our analytics team, providing mentorship and guidance to unleash their full potential.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Utilize statistical models to analyze data and assess risk, providing recommendations to protect the organization from unnecessary liabilities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, client and partner reporting, and more.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Finance or Business Degree preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities with at least 3+ years of drug pricing/financial analysis experience in the managed care industry.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and analytics tools.
- Previous PBM experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid deadlines.
