JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
**Development Operations
- 75%** Serves as Organization's goto data management resource who produces reports on current and prospective individual donor and family foundation revenue channels.
- Manages all coding, updating, and analysis in CRM individual and corporate data daily.
- Maintenance and update online charity membership sites (e.g., Guide Star, Charity Navigator, PayPal, Benevity, etc.)
- Generates reports, targeted mailing lists, and provides department updates as needed.
- Assists Vice President, Development with analytic reports on donor trends and best practices.
- Works closely with accounting department to ensure that all donations, pledges, and planned giving gifts and commitments are reconciled regularly.
- 25%** Provides analysis and data that informs the Development department's strategy regarding appeals, cultivation and stewardship mailings and campaigns, such as Giving Tuesday and endofyear campaigns.
- Creates and sends donor acknowledgements, responds to donor inquiries and conduct donationrelated research as needed.
- Provide support for Gala and other fundraising events
- Maintains Development communications calendar and ensures all projects and initiatives stay on track according to specified timelines.
- Assists with the planning and preparation of and research for individual, foundation, and corporate prospect meetings.
- Assists with the followup of meetings, special events, and donations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A. or B.S. or equivalent professional work experience in fundraising or administration
- At least two years of experience with Salsa (or another CRM), Excel and other information management systems including MS Suite
- Proven ability to define and implement effective processes and information management policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated problemsolving and effective time management skills.
- Experience supporting a highperforming and comprehensive fundraising team
- Excellent team member with an attitude of inclusion, an understanding of the value of teamwork and a drive for success

Dependent on experience.
