    Description

    Staff Accountant - Hialeah - $80,000 per annum - Permanent

    A well established, stable and evolving organization based out of Hialeah are looking to hire a Staff Accountant on a permanent basis. The Staff Accountant will report directly to the CFO and will receive a salary up to $80,000 per annum plus benefits.

    The business are looking to go through an exciting transformation in the way that they utilize technology within finance, therefore candidates must be tech savvy and have experience of using finance software.

    The key duties of the Staff Accountant will include but will not be limited to:

    • Completion of payables including owning the purchase order and other controls
    • Receivables and billing
    • Sales use tax
    • Journal entries
    • General ledger account reconciliations
    • Support the CFO with month end close process
    • Support with analysis and review of financial statements
    • Account reconciliations
    • Ad hoc duties when required

    The ideal Staff Accountant will

    • Have a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
    • Have at least 2 years' experience within a similar position
    • Be willing to work onsite in Hialeah, five days a week
    • Be open to change and enjoy working with technology
    • Be a strong communicator
    • Have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

    The Staff Accountant is a site based opportunity, reporting directly to the CFO at the organizations HQ in Hialeah.

    Interviews will be taking place week commencing May 20th.
