    Description

    *URGENTLY HIRING**

    Brightstar Care of Huntington Beach is looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join the team.

    • have exceptional customer service skills, familiar with Medical Terminology, and a strong, supportive approach to all clients and staff members.
    • Experience as a Caregiver/CNA/Medical Assistant - Preferred

    Pay: $21 - $23/hr DOE

    Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling a wide range of client cases at least a month in advance
    • Work in a fast-paced environment where client needs are constantly changing
    • Scheduling 100+ Caregivers
    • Engage directly with clients and employees to help solve a wide range of problems
    • On call phone coverage rotation (work from home)
    • Ability to learn scheduling system at a fast pace
