Description
What you'll doAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating, nurturing and expanding relationships with accounts within your designated account list.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ownership of Accounts:
You will be the primary point of contact and relationship owner for accounts within your territory
Territory and Account Planning:
Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, and proactively drive outbound pipeline generation independently
Ensure Successful Adoption:
Work with the CS team to ensure the adoption of Haus within these accounts through account management. Coordinate closely with sales engineering & customer success, to guarantee client satisfaction.
Elevate Haus's Visibility:
Increase Haus's visibility and communicate our value proposition effectively to Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives within these accounts
Collaboration with Solutions Engineers:
Work closely with your solutions engineer counterpart to deliver both business and technical value to prospects and customers
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, data science, marketing, and engineering to align our offerings with customer business needs effectively.
Qualifications5+ Years of (closing) Sales Experience.You have a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations.
You possess the expertise to navigate consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
You are comfortable working within a startup environment that is constantly evolving. Demonstrated ability to be able to cross-sell within your book of business. Familiarity with and experience using the MEDDPICC sales methodology is advantageous.

Small team with big impact on the overall output$240,000 - $300,000 a yearTarget pay range for this role is:
$240,000- $300,000. On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission.
Pay ranges are determined by role and level, and within the range individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
