    Description

    This role is specifically for PM Shifts, however, availability for some AM shifts may be necessary due to other managers being on leave.

    • Supervise the work of Floor Supervisors, Turndown, Room Attendants, Housepersons, Public attendants, Laundry attendant, and Health club attendant.
    • Inspect Showrooms, VIP rooms, and Turndown rooms, in addition to regular assigned areas, to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
    • Schedule and conduct staff meetings.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on maintenance requests.
    • Responsible for training and enforcing Hazard Communication and Blood-borne Pathogens Programs.
    • Conduct applicant interviews, train staff, and manage disciplinary issues.
    • Supervise and direct all lobby, housekeeping, and laundry activities in assigned areas.
    • Report repair work and unsafe conditions to the relevant departments.
    • Inform the Front Desk of room changes and statuses.
    • Assist in training new hires and providing refresher training for existing team members.
    • Coordinate daily staffing requirements and make adjustments as needed.
    • Plan, schedule, and oversee special projects like deep cleaning and carpet shampooing.
    • Maintain par stocks at required levels, address any discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
    • Support in preparing the weekly payroll and schedule.
    • Perform any other duties as directed by management.
