- The Client is looking for a Contractor-bioconjugation to support our growing biologics portfolio.
- This role will generate bioconjugates to support studies on ADCs development.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in protein chemistry and good experience in the chemical biology field.
- This role requires an understanding of bioconjugate chemistry, method optimization, and bioconjugates purification to support our research and development projects.
- Perform conjugation following established protocols and procedures. Able to optimize conjugation protocols based on chemistry applications.
- Perform characterization of bioconjugates with HPLC, UV-Vis, and based methods.
- Perform protein or bioconjugate purification with AKTA system.
- Prepare detailed reports to communicate findings to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the laboratory.
- This position is a hands-on lab-based role.
- A BS, MS or Ph.D. in a life sciences discipline, with training and work experience in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related fields, experience in the industry is preferred.
- Proven expertise in protein biochemistry, chemical conjugation techniques.
- Some experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC or mass spectrometry is desired but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to improve processes.
