- Driving our Dynamic Product Ad solutions to the next level, including building 0 to 1 products for a variety of advertiser verticals.
- Leverage critical thinking, emerging trends and market analysis to set product strategy and define product roadmap for Snap's Dynamic Ads product line.
- Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional groups across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with AB testing and ad hoc analysis
- Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes
- Think critically about how to achieve product goals and increase advertiser value
- Ability to collaborate strategically with all facets of an organization from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
- Ability to inspire and be effective with cross functional teams

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of experience

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
