    We're seeking an IT Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in nurturing our existing business relationships.

    Requirements:


    Proven track record of success working in sales, business development, customer service, account management, networking with existing customers and partners.

    Excellent communication and written skills a must
    Maintains a professional appearance
    Ability to interact with business owners, and IT professionals.
    Demonstrate strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

    Candidates should be able to maintain long-term relationships, develop trust with clients, and gain a thorough knowledge of their business and infrastructure to recommend products and solutions to provide for their IT needs.

    Use of CRM to track all relevant opportunities and execute sales activities - knowledge of ConnectWise preferred.

    Prior experience and technical knowledge in the IT field preferred, along with the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and become fully versed in the services Berry Solutions Group offers.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential new clients, discover IT needs, and present new or additional products and services to meet their IT needs.

    Take the lead in developing the opportunity and following through to close of sale and after sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

    Help with preparing proposals, SOW's, and coordinate with the technical and purchasing areas.
    Approach clients through in-person meetings, email, etc.
    Develop partner relationships via networking, events, industry partnerships, and prospecting current clients and partners for potential leads.

    Timeliness – Ability to show up to work on time and ready to start shift.
