JOB SUMMARY:

Perform a variety of duties related to global Accounts Receivable Management, including maximizing receivable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)/Turnover and managing the level of bad debt losses by implementing effective procedures to collect past due accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a strong working relationship with customers, both internal and external. Contact customers to confirm receipt of invoices, obtain payment of outstanding accounts receivable, and remedy delinquency or non-payments.

Discusses unique situations with the appropriate credit personnel in order to determine optimal decision for the division related to special trade accounts receivable matters.

Managing monthly accounts receivable less than $10 million with moderate to mínimal supervision. Facilitate credit card transactions for the business units. Manage whole goods titling process. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Three (3) or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel skills
Proficiency using a PCcomputer and related software.
Working knowledge of AS400 based platforms.
