- Assisting the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing the work orders, and managing inventory.
- Emails and phone call communications are frequent between the builders Superintendents for scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries.
- General office, including answering phones and assisting other office personnel
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Must have computer experience.
- Must know Excel & Outlook
- Must be detailed oriented
- Payroll experience a plus, but not required
- Able to work independently
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
