    Job Overview
    As a Senior Corporate Accountant, your duties entail overseeing the daily accounting operations.

    Below are the key responsibilities you'll assume:

    Job Duties:


    Create accurate financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with the monthly close schedule, ensuring transparency and reliability in financial reporting.

    Lead the coordination and completion of monthly close procedures, guaranteeing timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.
    Conduct meticulous monthly account reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly to maintain data integrity.

    Aid in the preparation of monthly financial statements and comprehensive reports on variances, financial and tax audits, and corporate reporting requirements, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.

    Assist in the documentation and monitoring of internal controls to uphold compliance standards and safeguard company assets.

    Demonstrate leadership qualities, strict adherence to accounting regulations, and meticulous attention to detail, instilling unwavering confidence in financial statements among investors, colleagues, and partners.

    Improve workflow processes to maximize team efficiency, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced productivity.

    Utilize strong communication skills to interact with diverse roles and personalities, ensuring clear and transparent communication channels, promoting alignment and understanding within the team.


    Requirements:
    Stellar 3+ years of experience in accounting; CPA a plus, experience in corporate accounting preferred
    Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting or finance
    Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
    Highly detail oriented and organized in work
    Ability to meet assigned deadlines
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
    Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
    Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macro or Power Query experience preferred)
