Lead APQP phase 5) "Feedback, Assessment and Corrective Action".Plan, initiate, implement, and control the appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain in the make / market phase for all supplied goods and services, in his area of reasonability, to continuously observe the quality performance of the supplier.
Handle supplier quality incident, supplier QN creation and 8D follow up. Provide inputs to Central SQM. Escalation with EW/RA/CSL/LL. Coordination within plant for all PCN's / component release and coordination of PCN for defined categories. BU responsible are informed via PCN tool (according to CAP Change Management).Support for plant specific improvement activities in root cause analyses / definition / implementation of appropriate counter measurements at supplier to ensure that the parts and services meets the defined quality requirements; Initiate, lead and drive plant specific supplier improvement programs.
Conduct the audit planned by AIB system and local quality management request.After Documents release (PPAP, PSW, Qualification Data, Deviation +Risk-Mitigation), follow up Component related deviations and risk-mitigation actions, e.g., SLC measures, additional or enhanced tests at Conti.
Possible Supplier related restrictions e.g., reduced 8D-management, ppm threshold to start corrective actions, traceability limitations, marking, audits.
