    Job Summary:

If so, The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage of Greater Washington, D.C. would like to hear from you We are seeking a part-time sales and marketing administrator to work in our Chantilly location 9 AM - 5 PM Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

    If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and will take great pride in making sure our office, showroom and facility is always fully stocked, staged and functioning at its best for our clients and employees, this is the job for you.

    If you are driven to respond to clients and schedule appointments for our sales team in a timely manner, this is the job for you.

    If you have a friendly and outgoing personality and can be trusted to keep a professional and positive attitude when interacting with others, this is the job for you.

    Responsibilities:
    • Educate, qualify, match and schedule appointments for design consultations.
    • Maintain database of project completion surveys
    • Perform follow up marketing check-ins/surveys/mailings to clients
    • Assist in welcoming, serving or directing guests in our showroom.
    • Manage showroom, office, kitchen and bathroom supplies.
    • Manage marketing supplies, materials and product samples.
    • Order logoed apparel for staff.
    • Assist with year-end partner gift distribution.
    • Maintain the showroom by ensuring displays are labeled, organized and staged with appropriate accessories.
    • Coordinate logistics and food for employee and/or business development meetings, events and trainings.
    Qualifications
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint, CRM experience a bonus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Able to work independently with little supervision, responsive and proactive
