- Develop, prepare, and present various documents promoting the company's qualifications and capabilities.
- Read and understand RFPs and RFQs to create customized and compliant proposal narratives.
- Proofread and edit documents, ensuring clarity, readability, and grammar.
- Create graphics and diagrams for documents.
- Capture engaging photographs of job sites and corporate events.
- Perform data mining of company systems for project information.
- Interview Subject Matter Experts for required data.
- Research new business opportunities and maintain tracking logs.
- Implement marketing strategies and promote Monarc through various channels.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and submit industry award applications.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by different departments.
- Maintain e-libraries of text and photos.
- Support physical production of responses.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Commercial/Institutional Construction environment.
- Minimum of two years of technical writing experience.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher, InDesign, or other Graphic Design applications.
- Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proactive, problem-solver with strong time-management skills.
- Thirst for knowledge, facts, details, and accuracy.
