    Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is looking for a Good Neighbor Program Manager to serve as a creative community builder who will lead our outreach within the community and the operations that entails. In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in integrating Goodwill within the communities we serve. You'll lead a team of passionate individuals to connect those in need with community resources to make a real difference. You'll also help develop and oversee initiatives that address community needs, fostering a spirit of collaboration and support.

    A day in the life of (Good Neighbor Program Manager) :

    1. Serve as a spokesperson for Goodwill, presenting and sharing how Goodwill serves its community both directly and through collaborative partnerships
    2. Track program performance and ensure efficient use of resources.
    3. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to create impactful Good Neighbor programs.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners that align with our mission, vision and values
    5. Manage Good Neighbor communications through in-person, call and email requests to ensure fast response and resolution
    6. Direct and oversee team on how to utilize internal and external resources to assist individuals seeking support in health, human services, and government sectors, including MyWayfinder.
    7. Develop processes to implement new service and improve current services
    8. Create and refine Good Neighbor policies and procedures as program grows
    9. Supervise and coach Good Neighbor Coordinators across all locations

    To be successful, you'll need:

    1. Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, community development, or a related field (preferred).
    2. Previous experience in community engagement, social services, or a similar role
    3. Knowledge of local community resources, organizations
    4. Proficient in using technology and computer applications, including email management and database systems.
    5. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to support individuals in need.
