    Description
    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our marketing team at Webex.

    This role is vital for the strategic planning and execution of our multi-channel marketing programs, including digital campaigns, product launches, events, and other customer facing initiatives in Asia-Pacific.

    Job Responsibilities
    Plan and execute regional marketing

    programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on demand generation,

    customer engagement, and brand building.

    Coordinate with marketing, sales, and

    other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across initiatives

    Lead end-to-end project management of

    marketing programs and events, including planning, execution, tracking,

    and reporting on key performance metrics.

    Manage budgets effectively, ensuring

    optimal allocation of resources to maximize program impact and ROI.

    Work closely with agencies, vendors, and

    partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets and execute campaigns

    and events on time and within budget.

    Drive continuous optimization of

    programs through data-driven insights and experimentation, leveraging

    marketing analytics and tools.

    Provide regular updates to stakeholders

    about strategy, adjustments, and progress

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business

    Administration, or related field

    Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B

    marketing, with a focus on program and event management, preferably in the

    technology or SaaS industry.

    Strong project management skills, with

    the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results

    in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication and

    interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across

    teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Fluency in English

    Ability to travel within the Asia

    Pacific region as needed.

    Who you are

    You have a comprehensive understanding and relevant experience managing a variety of marketing programs including digital campaigns, demand generation campaigns, product launches and events, within the technology sector in the Asia-Pacific market.

    You enjoy building relationships and accountability with sales and marketing teams, cross-functional teams, as well as external agencies and partners.

    You are a driven individual who pays close attention to detail, takes pride in doing excellent work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
