- Generate leads and then convert leads / prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Hospitality Companies, Agents, and Brokers.
- Maintain online presence with up-to-date information on social media.
- Assist in marketing efforts to generate leads.
- Help our customers throughout the sales and purchasing processes including preparing contracts, pricing, and assisting with the closing.
- Keep customers updated on construction start and completion dates.
- Ensure model home and "For Sale" properties are always in good and marketable condition.
- Provide all customers and prospects with excellent service every time they come into the model and throughout the entire building process.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development/new construction.
- Expertise in deploying effective sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to adapt strategies based on market segments.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Modular experience preferred
- Must be a strong closer.
- Good time-management and organization skills.
- Have a proven record of accomplishment of success in sales.
- Have previous experience in real estate and new construction home industry.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Be proficient in social media including Linked In, Facebook and Instagram

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an outgoing goal-driven Director of Sales in Indianapolis. In this role you will focus your efforts on generating prospects and converting them to customers. Previous experience working with General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Hospitality Companies, Agents, and Brokers in the modular industry is highly preferred.
