    Description

    Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing person to generate prospects and convert them into customers.

    About the Position:

    Generate leads and then convert leads / prospects into customers.

    Build and maintain relationships with clients, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Agents and Brokers.

    Maintain online presence with up-to-date information on social media.

    Assist in marketing efforts to generate leads.

    Help our customers throughout the sales and purchasing processes including preparing contracts, pricing and assisting with the closing.

    Keep customers updated on construction start and completion dates.

    Ensure model home and "For Sale" properties are in good and marketable condition at all times.

    Provide all customers and prospects with excellent service every time they come into the model and throughout the entire building process.

    Qualifications:


    • Minimum 3 years of experience in new construction sales.


    • Expertise in deploying effective sales methodologies.


    • Proven ability to adapt strategies based on market segments.


    • Strong relationship management skills.

    • Be friendly and outgoing


    • Have a proven track record of success in sales


    • Have previous experience in real estate and new construction homes


    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint


    • Be proficient in social media including: Facebook and Instagram

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $125,000-$150,000 base + commission
