    Ascension Global Staffing is a leading staffing and executive search firm dedicated to connecting talented professionals with outstanding career opportunities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with 5-8 years of transactional commercial real estate experience for our client's West Palm Beach office.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for independently managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from initiation to closure. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Independently lead and manage commercial real estate transactions.
    • Ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the deal process.
    • Conduct in-depth legal analysis of transactional documents.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize deal structures.
    • Collaborate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through clear communication and exceptional service.
    • Identify and mitigate legal and business risks associated with transactions.
    • Implement best practices to ensure compliance with legal standards.
    • Oversee the preparation and review of transactional documents.
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in transactional commercial real estate.
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
    • Proven track record of independently managing commercial real estate deals.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
