My background allows me to bring extensive experience across various CRE asset types, and experience in both debt and equity portions of the capital structure to any investment role.
In my role at NextEra Energy Inc. (NEE), I led the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of investment private investments related to debt and real estate equity for $23 B pool of capital. During a 15-month period, I was the lead on deals totaling ~$900mm in balance sheet capital.
