- Procuring goods and services for the operation of the facility.
- Developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior guest service by all team members.
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls in regards to procurement procedures.
- Assist in purchasing of operational goods and services and capital assets.
- Assist in reviewing all purchasing documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Vendor relations.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable on procurement systems such as Birchstreet, Stratton Warren
- At least one year purchasing experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask
Physical Requirements
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
