Project Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative:
Our exciting growth requires that we add a Project Coordinator who will manage projects with exceptional customer service for window film and treatments.
MGT Films and Shades is a premier national dealer and installer of window film with four offices in IL, WI, MO, and MS.
With more than 40 years of experience; we offer a variety of window solutions for both commercial and residential spaces.
Headquartered and supported by a facility in the Chicago northwest suburbs.Window treatments have become a significant growth segment as we offer window treatments to our new and established accounts:
offering blinds, shades, shutters, and other soft goods, along with window film. Our projects involve product expertise, design, measurement, request of fabrication, and installation to specifications.
Position Purpose:
The Project Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the timely follow-up and accurate processing of orders, from receipt of leads to managing orders to completion and providing excellent customer service to both customers, internally and externally.
Duties and Responsibilities are:
Manage all aspects of customer service and inside sales support activities to:
- Communicating with clientele: Residential, Commercial, Schools, Architects, Contractors, and Designers
- Prepare quotes and client followups.
- Organize, maintain samples library and send samples to customers.
- Work with vendors and purchasing dept to support business needs
- Assist in preparing trade shows and other internal/ external sales functions.
- Liaison between Finance, Inventory, and Scheduling departments.
- Occasional travel and represent the company at client locations and relevant events.
- Ownership mentqality for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value.
- Flexible to perform other duties if needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong skills in sales, customer service, organization, and communication (verbal and written) with customers, vendors, installers, and all employees in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus) as it relates to the job and assignment.
- Disciplined and adaptable to changing priorities. Team player who is Initiativeoriented and selfassured.
- MS Office, Multitasking, Effective Coordination, Attention to Detail, and Exercise Good Judgment. Reports directly to the Window Treatment Division Manager.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
