Your tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and product support throughout the entire product lifecycle, maintaining close contact with our customers and managing order processing in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning orders in line with sales targets, working closely with internal departments (production, quality, logistics) to ensure effective production and delivery planning.
Your main tasks will include procurement of production materials according to agreed inventory targets, coordination of external service providers, and handling of sample orders and supplier complaints.
You will be responsible for regularly creating sales forecasts, project-specific ad-hoc requests, and reports to monitor sales targets.
You will also develop and use internal performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve the supply chain, supporting them with meaningful evaluations and analyses.

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in a technical or commercial field, and have some experience in order management, material planning, logistics, or supply chain management.
You have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, as well as excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work. You are also able to work independently and as part of a team.
You have good IT skills (MS Office, SAP), are familiar with moderation and presentation techniques
