Measurement Technician Quality Assurance (m/f/d) The battenfeld-cincinnati group is one of the world's leading providers of extrusion systems and equipment for the production of pipes, sheets, films, profiles, and plastic granules, as well as wood-plastic composites.

With a total of more than 600 employees in Germany, Austria, the USA, and China, we are constantly growing. The battenfeld-cincinnati Germany GmbH employs approximately 275 people at its locations in Bad Oeynhausen and Kempen.

Your tasks will include:
Being the contact person for other departments on topics outside of control requirements Coordinating and assigning measurement technicians to measurement stations/equipment Knowledge transfer and training of production employees in case of errors Responsibility for processing quality reports and other measures Production-related quality assurance and final inspection of components, as well as incoming goods inspection Conducting visual inspections, as well as hardness, crack, and other quality tests using 3D measuring arms, 3D scanners, existing measurement programs, or conventional measuring equipment (thread gauges, calipers, etc.)

Creating and processing measurement programs in the existing software Evaluating and documenting results (measurement reports, test protocols, etc.) Creating quality reports in case of errors and initiating/following up on rework processes (Q-reports in SAP) Providing measurement support to other departments and adapting and optimizing measurement processes Your profile:
