Pyramid Semiconductor , part of the HEICO group, is a manufacturer of semiconductors components. Pyramid Semiconductor is a complete semiconductor integrated circuit designer and manufacturer. We provide our customers with high reliability parts for their legacy programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounting:
Generating the company's financial reports on a monthly basis. Day + 4.
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments and c omply with Group financial policies.

Suggest and make (after management's approval) financials decisions that would benefit the company in the long term (inventory management, obsolescence reserves, internal valuations, ...)

Oversee all accounts payable/receivable, working with our France-based CFO and our sister company accountant.
Follow up on past-due accounts receivable invoices and provide customer service regarding collection.
Maintain

records for all company credit card expenses and process monthly payments.
Review original receipts in expense reports for accuracy and enter expenses into accounting system.
Send weekly financial reports.
Assist with annual budgeting.
Assist Pyramid's management with various administrative tasks (ADP platform, payroll).

Requirements

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university required.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SOX
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Interested in learning new skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
