    SUMMARY

    As a Senior Business Analyst at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing insightful analysis on sales performance, market trends, and ROI updates. You will work closely with sales and finance teams to develop strategies that enhance profitability and drive business growth. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct ROI analysis on sales campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives to evaluate their effectiveness and profitability.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies based on data insights.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and ROI updates to senior management.
    • Support the sales team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure our sales strategies are aligned with current dynamics.
    • Work with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business analysis role, with a focus on sales and ROI analysis.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
